HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Fort Worth area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
