HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Philadelphia region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
