HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Hollow Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
