HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
