HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Raleigh with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
