HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Bright Community Partners Group runs community programmes across Spokane, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
