HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
