HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
