HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Portland, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
