HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Stone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
