HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Basin Legal Group is a El Paso practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
