HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Detroit area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 118 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
