HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
