HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical studies. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
