HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Phoenix. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 672 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service connections. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
