HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Charleston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
