HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
