HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood River Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
