HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Fox Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 163 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
