HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on recycling loads. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
