HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Hartford, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
