HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Amberfield Iron Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
