HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Pine Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on online orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
