HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Iron Property Management Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 395 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
