HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Maple Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
