HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Fort Worth area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
