HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Sacramento with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
