HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Field Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Baltimore. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 437 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
