HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Junction Staffing Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
