HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vale Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
