HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing disputes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
