HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Community Partners Group is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
