HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Beacon Manufacturing is a Jacksonville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
