HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Granite Learning Group is an education provider in Little Rock serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
