HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Beacon Auto Group is a Cincinnati company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
