HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Diego area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
