HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 574 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
