HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
