HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Richmond serving local and national clients, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
