HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on parts orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
