HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Amberfield Birch Freight is a Raleigh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
