HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bluepeak Birch Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
