HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Financial and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor spend. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
