HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Linden Health Group is a healthcare provider in Portland with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
