HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wilder Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on underwriting files. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
