HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 587 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
