HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Miami. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on repair requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
