HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Oak Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
