HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
