HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
